I had a hard time trying to cancel at first, and the process were frustrating. But support eventually stepped in and got it fixed, so it worked out in the end.

I did feel bloated during the first week, which had me wondering if it was going to work for me. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “give your body a little time to adjust and stay consistent,” so I stuck with it. After that first week, the bloating eased up and I did start noticing it helping. Glad I didn’t quit right away.

TAKING LEGAL ACTION LARGE AMOUNT OF GROUND GLASS IN BOTTOM OF PROBIOTIC BOTTLE. NO RESPONSE FROM  BIOMA. Nothing has been done. AI email responses…. “ You are a valued customer. Thank you for your patience.. ..The lack of response and responsibility from Bioma Heath over the past weeks is dangerous & concerning.

Customer Service is nonexistent. As requested I provided the same information. & NUMEROUS pictures of GROUND GLASS found in the bottom of a bottle several times. The bottle clearly had no breaks, chips or damage. The GROUND GLASS was obviously added during production. Again asked to send additional pictures of ground glass from different angles.

DANGER- DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF BIOMA PRODUCTS. LIFE THREATENING RESULTS. YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY IS AT RISK.

Response will state to contact customer service with purchase order details. Have done that for weeks.

LEGAL INTERVENTION NEEDED

bioma Health was fine overall, but I’m still not totally sure it was worth the price. It was easy enough to use and the delivery went okay, but I guess I just expected a bit more for what I paid. To be fair, I might’ve started it at a bad time when my routine was all over the place, so that probably didn’t help. Not bad, not amazing either...

I’ve been using bioma.health for a few weeks now, and my gut feeling is that it’s helping a bit, especially with late-night cravings. They don’t feel as strong as before, which is nice. That said, my appetite still feels kind of all over the place, so I wouldn’t say it’s been a big change yet. Overall, not bad, but I’m still on the fence. I’d give it 3 stars.

I ordered from bioma the shipping was just okay. It wasn’t super slow, but it definitely wasn’t fast either, and I found myself waiting longer than expected for a real update. The package did show up in good condition, so I can’t complain too much there. I just wish they were more upfront about the delivery timeline from the start. Overall, my final take is that it wasn’t a bad experience, but it also didn’t really impress me.

I really did want to like Bioma, and I’m not trying to be overly negative here, but the customer support left me a bit disappointed. To be fair, they did respond, so it’s not like I was completely ignored. It just felt like the replies were copy-and-paste, and I had to explain the same thing more than once before getting anywhere. My issue did get resolved in the end, which I appreciate, but it took longer than it probably should have. Not the worst experience ever, just not something I’d call great either

They did get back to me and were helpful enough once they responded, but it took a little longer than I would’ve liked.

The site itself looks fine and was easy to browse, but I do wish the prices were more obvious before getting all the way to checkout. A couple of extra costs showed up later than I expected, and even small fees make a difference when you’re trying to compare options. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit annoying. I’d appreciate it if everything was laid out more upfront

My order did show up, but it took a few days longer than I expected. I feel like the shipping updates used to be clearer, because this time the tracking was vague and I wasn’t really sure where things stood. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, just not the best delivery experience

So... I tried bioma.health mostly to help with weight management, and overall it’s been a good experience. It’s not like the weight just magically started falling off, but I did feel more regular and way less bloated, which made it easier for me to stay on track with eating better. I’m giving it 4 stars because it took a few weeks before I really noticed a difference, and the price is a little high for me. But the info and support were easy to follow, and it fit into my normal routine without much effort.

Yeah, the money-back thing worked just fine. I mean, I was kind of expecting it to be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. Got my refund without any drama, so yeah, happy with that.

I got my refund fast, so I can’t really complain about that. I was expecting some back-and-forth, because refunds can be such a headache and I hate having to chase things over and over. But this one went through without any drama. I kept checking because I was worried it would drag on, like refunds always seem to, but it showed up quickly and that was that.

I ended up having to cancel my Bioma plan, which was disappointing because I was hoping to stick with it longer. I figured the cancellation process would be a hassle, but it actually wasn’t. I found the option quickly and got the confirmation without having to chase anyone down. Support replied normally too, and they weren’t pushy about it. I’m bummed it didn’t work out for me, but I do appreciate that they made canceling simple.

I’m really happy with these. The capsules are nice and small, so they’re easy for me to swallow without any trouble. Simple, convenient, and exactly what I was hoping for.
